Keita Demming, PhD
Keita Demming (PhD) completed his PhD at the University of Toronto and now serves as the Head of Innovation and Development at The Covenant Group (TCG).
At TCG, Keita and his team are building an online coaching platform that will act as a virtual coach for future entrepreneurs and business builders. Additionally, he and his team are also developing a new insurance product geared at millennials.
When he is not building new products for the emerging future, Keita helps organizations identify and implement plausible innovation opportunities. He transforms companies into places and spaces that are idea-driven and people-centred.
Shauna Trainor, FEA
As a member of The Covenant Group team, Shauna works with clients – individuals and teams – to help them achieve and sustain peak performance.
As part of this process, Shauna works to identify priorities; create alignment across marketing, sales, and service initiatives; leverage the resources and capital available; structure roles across teams; and track short and long-term objectives.
